The Osthoff Resort is a premier AAA four diamond resort, located in Elkhart Lake, WI. A major portion of their business lies within the hosting of special events. Having worked with the Osthoff on several smaller projects, A Chappa was granted to the opportunity to construct the elegant Grand Libelle Ballroom.

With a wedding already scheduled in the spring of the following year and the project starting during the winter months, it was going to be a challenge to ensure an uncompromised schedule. From cold weather foundation work and steel erection, nearly 5 miles of elaborate trim, tracking materials from different parts of the world, not to mention other obstacles and additional changes that had to be addressed. The Grand Libelle Ballroom was ready in time for its very first celebration.

Since its completion this magnificent ballroom has been host to countless events and helps the Osthoff Resort maintain its reputation as one of the finest resorts in the United States.
