Lakeshore Technical College is educational institution that provides its students with specialized career education.  Offering a wide variety of programs, job skills, and continuing education LTC helps prepare its students for their future.

A Chappa was excited to work with LTC on a project geared towards improving their public safety department.  Scenario City is a variety of small buildings in which they can help train their students with new realistic scenario-based training. Consisting of a residential house, convenient store, hotel, and a strip mall.  A Chappa self-preformed most all of the work ranging from foundation work, flat work, rough framing, siding, roofing etc.  Working closely with the school and being able to coordinate construction while school was in session was essential and proved to be a real team effort.

Scenario City is currently being used to help develop skilled firefighters, police officers, and emergency medical service professionals.
